A la suite du séisme qui a durement touché certaines régions de notre pays, des images et vidéos bouleversantes montrant des enfants, filles et garçons, seuls dans les ruines de leur village nous parviennent.
En diffusant ces images, les enfants sont exposés à de nombreux dangers. Pour les protéger, respecter leur intégrité et prévenir tout risque de trafic, abus, exploitation, violence basée sur le genre à l’égard des enfants, les associations membres de la Plateforme Convention Droits des Enfants appellent à ne pas relayer ces images.
Aussi, il est essentiel de signaler tout cas d’enfant isolé ou toute situation suspecte directement aux autorités compétentes afin de garantir le respect des procédures légales de protection et permettre qu’elles puissent intervenir rapidement pour apporter avec leurs partenaires la sécurité et l’assistance nécessaire.
Enfin, à ce stade, il est prématuré d’obtenir des informations complètes sur le sort des familles, tout comme de parler de prise en charge d’enfants en famille d’accueil ou en kafala, dont les procédures sociales et judiciaires sont bien déterminées par les autorités compétentes.
Les enfants ont subi un lourd traumatisme psychologique et leur résilience passe par le maintien, dans la mesure du possible, de liens familiaux même dans des conditions matériels difficiles.
La Plateforme CDE Maroc appelle chacun à ne pas agir seulement sous l’emprise de l’émotion et à signaler tout type d’abus ou de risque aux autorités.

في أعقاب الزلزال الذي ضرب مناطق معينة من بلادنا بشدة، تصلنا صور ومقاطع فيديو مؤلمة تظهر أطفالًا بمفردهم بين أنقاض قراهم.
ومن خلال بث هذه الصور يتعرض هؤلاء الأطفال للعديد من المخاطر. ومن أجل حمايتهم وضمان سلامتهم، ومنع الاتجار بالأطفال، يدعو أعضاء منصة CDE إلى عدم تداول هذه صور هؤلاء الأطفال.
كما ترى هذه المنصة أنه من الضروري الإبلاغ عن أي حالة لطفل معزول أو أي حالة مشبوهة، مباشرة إلى السلطات المختصة لضمان الالتزام بتوفير إجراءات الحماية القانونية والسماح لهذه السلطات بالتدخل السريع بغية توفير الأمن والمساعدة اللازمين.
وتنوه منصة CDE، أنه في هذه المرحلة، من السابق لأوانه الحصول على معلومات كاملة عن مصير الأسر، وكذلك الحديث عن رعاية الأطفال في الأسر الحاضنة أو في نظام الكفالة، والتي تم تحديد الإجراءات الاجتماعية والقانونية لها بشكل جيد من قبل الجهات المختصة.
لقد عانى الأطفال من صدمات نفسية شديدة، وعليه يتعين الحفاظ على الروابط العائلية قدر الإمكان حتى في الظروف المادية الصعبة، وهو العامل الذي سينمي قدرتهم على الصمود.
إن الجمعيات المنضوية في منصة CDE المغرب، تدعو الجميع إلى عدم التصرف تحت تأثير العاطفة! والتبليغ عن كل نوع من أنواع الاستغلال لهؤلاء الأطفال. والسلام.

Following the earthquake that hit some regions of our country, we have received upsetting online pictures and videos showing children, girls and boys, alone in the ruins of their village.

Finally, at this stage, it is premature to obtain complete information on the family environment, as well as to talk about caring for children in foster families or in kafala, for which the social and legal procedures are well defined by the competent authorities.
The children have suffered a heavy psychological trauma and their resilience requires maintaining, as far as possible, family bonds even in difficult material conditions.
The member associations of the CDE Platform Morocco call on everyone not to act only under the influence of emotion, and to report any kind of risk or abuse to the authorities.
